Integrate with plant objective and plan production improvement projects in the plant, recommend for investments and resource requirements, review results, communicate impending changes to team, provide training on new concepts in order to maintain competitive advantage through superior products and reduced manufacturing costs

Monitor Manufacturing indices based on DWM, plan for manpower and equipment, preventive maintenance and address on critical issues on quality non compliances, review Production planning activities to ensure smooth manufacturing activities, approve alternate production plan during contingencies in order to ensure continuity of production as per budget

Analyze and monitor productivity trends, communicate any organization changes impacting share findings with all stake holders and participate in negotiation meetings with the unions for long term settlements in order to maintain conducive work environment

Nominate members to work on safety concept, initiate corrective measures as per findings, in order to ensure zero accident zone in manufacturing

Plan for trial production along with Technology and R&D , ensure all EHS compliance are maintained

Conduct internal audits in line with IMS activities, suggest areas of improvement,
