Reportees : Manager - Training Operations
Job Description :
To recruit Trainers, Training Managers and Training Partners across the locations-India.
- To implement, and monitor training programs within the organization.
- To supervise technical/non-technical training for staff.
- To develop, monitor and upgrade the system processes for the effective delivery of Training Programs.
- To adhere CPS, ESIP Reports & Processes and policies as per SOP.
- To measure the Effectiveness & Quality of the training programs.
- To conduct Training audits for the team- travel to center locations and ensure 100% quality in the delivery of training.
- To review performance of the Training Delivery team- Training Managers, Trainers and Training Partners .
- To review students feedback on quality of the training and training center.
- To manage team and ensure low attrition.
- To ensure placements of students with 90% students meeting the client skill matrix.
Key Essentials :
- Candidate with a thorough and updated knowledge in the field of training and development with a good command on various techniques and theories being used for organizational development and team building.
- Candidate with exposure to Coaching and Mutual Learning Techniques that can enhance people skills of management, key leaders of the organization, and the entire organization through them.
- Candidate with minimum of 7-9 years of experience in managing training activities across the country.
