Position : Manager - Supply Chain Management

Local Designation : Head - Supply Chain Management

Location : Pune

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Responsible for meeting SCM set targets as per AOP

- Driving SCM targets - OTTR, SCM score, scrap cost, Inventory etc.

- Drive Safety, SIOP, MHS, DOS, production planning and control

- Manage smooth new launches, ensure part on time & line allocation

- Coordinate with Customers to ensure customer experience with Honeywell

- Coordinate with the global SCM teams and implement best practices in SCM

- Warehouse management and material handling systems

- Effective Vendor scheduling and 3PL management

- Meet Inventory and packaging OPEX targets

- Lead team for supplier and customer relationship

- Support in implementation of Honeywell Operating System

- Driving kaizen implementations function

- Maintaining high competency levels for all employees within function

- Close co-ordination with other functions to meet organizational goals

- Support Digitization projects
