Manager/ Head – Legal (7 years PQ Experience)

Location: Mumbai

Job Purpose:

You will be responsible for negotiation of commercial contracts with clients and prospects in India as well as, from time to time, providing regional support in areas of intellectual property protection, local employment matters and general corporate matters for APAC subsidiaries.

Job specification:

- A law graduate of an accredited law school with a minimum of 7 years post qualification experience, including law firm and corporate experience

- Experience in commercial matters involving multi-national companies and international transactions.

- Expertise and a sound working knowledge in areas of contract and intellectual property law in international business environment.

- Experience in areas of employment law and corporate governance would be helpful.
