Position: Head/Manager
Qualification: Graduation in any discipline. Any additional qualification in Marketing & Sales is advantageous.
Role:
- Marketing / Sales forecast by Volume / Value /Category / Channel / Geography etc
- Marketing strategy
- Marketing spend Budgeting & Control- Advertisement & Sales Promotion
- Engaging Advertising / Marketing / PR Agency( ies)
Business / Sales Promotion activities:
- Cooking Demonstration / Exhibition / Display / Sampling etc
- Trade Schemes / Consumer offers etc
- Advertisement - Print & Electronic Media etc.
- Reviewing marketing spend effectiveness ( spend vis-a-vis sales )
Market Share by Volume & Value - Market Survey
- Brand Building & Brand Equity study
- Coordination with Packaging & Design
- Test Marketing of new products
- Products launching
- Product quality improvement - Consumer feed back to Quality Control
- Market penetration & expansion in current geography
- Exploring markets in new geography
- New Products (NPDs) launching /marketing in overseas markets
- Advertisement & Sales promotion activities
