We have immediate requirement for "IT Head /IT Manager"  Location: Mumbai   The Main Purpose of the role:  - Management of the IT function and overseeing the IT teams and Vendors  The main areas of responsibility:  Project Management:  - Budgeting  - Scheduling  - Managing Scope  - Creating Project plans  - Scrubbing Ticket queues  - Calling out Risk   - Managing development team   IT infrastructure Management:  - Implements processes and procedures to ensure robust asset management including ensuring that the IT asset database is accurate at all times  - Continuous defining, implementing and managing IT security policy  - Ensure effective and timely communications with internal business stake holders in relation to service incidents, remedial action, problem management, change management and service reliability  - Reduce in down time due to system failure  - IT team management & Vendor Management  - Ensures all service related problems are fully investigated and reviewed with lessons learned documented, followed up and implemented  - Develop and Deliver IT policy & strategy   Website & Applications Management:  - CRM implementation  - Manage Website   - Implement & Manage Apps for the customers  - Work closely with Vendors working on implementation of applications for the company   - Data Management & Analysis  Dimensions of the Job (targets):  - Manage Entire IT infrastructure and Applications   Knowledge and Skills needed:  - Excellent Project Management skills  - ERP implementation experience is desired  - Experience in managing Company website   - Experience in managing Apps and other IT applications  About RAW Pressery:  It is the fastest growing FMCG company in Mumbai .
