The corporate headquarters is located in Shelton  Head - HR  PROFILE SUMMARY  Position Title: Head of HR / HR Manager - India Operations  Reports to: Director - GM India   To plan, implement and institutionalize Human Resources processes and practices in the unit in order to facilitate competence building, productivity improvement and employee engagement. Establish effective industrial relation practices in the unit to ensure congenial relations between employees, management for a healthy work environment  RESPOSNIBILITIES  1. Operational and administration  - Ensure compliances of all legal requirements, government reporting regulations, and Company policies affecting Human Resources functions and ensures that local practices and reporting are in compliance.  - Develop an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.  - Ensure non biased performance management system and development plan at all levels  - Plan and design new methods for developing and strengthening HR/ organizational climate.  - Develop organization responsive to changing environment by keeping employees, motivated, innovative and committed.  - Develop open and transparent communication channels in the organization and implement HR Strategies, employer branding, systems & Policies and procedures to the last level  - Exposure in effective implementation of various HR system / sub - systems and mechanisms.  - Manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing and competitive environment.  - Collaborate with senior management to undertake Human Resource strategic planning in order to support and advance corporate goals & sustainability.  - A natural forward planner, reliable, tolerant, and determined who critically assesses own performance.  - Able to get on with others and be a team-player.  - Knowledge of latest training tools & hands on same  - To be able to lead on all relevant employee consultation including Union engagement in conjunction with other executives and managers.  - To be able to lead, direct, motivate and develop the Human Resources/ Industrial Relations Team to ensure that the right level of service and support is provided to the Business.  - To be able to contribute to the management of change and productivity improvements in the business focus solutions in a fast moving environment.  - Administers performance review programs and wage/salary administration, including the analysis and description of jobs, and the survey of community salary and benefit practices  - Investigates workplace accidents and prepares reports for management and external agencies.  - Represents the organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.  - Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs, and determines how they apply to particular circumstances.  - Recommends the annual budget for Human Resources operations, and controls expenditures  - Coordinates and directs special projects for employee relations   - Represents the site in an ambassadorial/public relations role within the community-at-large and as an active member of Human Resources associations  - To ensure hygiene and safety at work place through effective administrative system in place.  2. Management and administration  - Provides general oversight of all India activities, manages the day-to-day operations, and assures a smoothly functioning, efficient organization.  - Assures a work environment that recruits retains and supports quality staff  - Assures process for selecting, development, motivating, and evaluating staff.  - Recommends staffing and financing to Director India Operations. In accordance with approval, recruits personnel, negotiates professional contracts, and sees that appropriate salary structures are developed and maintained.  - Specifies accountabilities for management personnel (whether paid or volunteer) and evaluates performance regularly.  3. Community relations  - Facilitates the integration of into the fabric of the community by using effective marketing and communications activities.  - Acts as an advocate, within the public and private sectors, for issues relevant to, its services and constituencies.  - Listens to clients, volunteers, donors and the community in order to improve services and generate community involvement. Assures community awareness of response to community needs.  - Serves as chief spokesperson for, assuring proper representation of to the community.  - Initiates, develop, and maintain cooperative relationships with key constituencies.  - Works with legislators, regulatory agencies, volunteers and representatives of the not for-profit sector to promote legislative and regulatory policies that encourage a healthy community and address the issues of constituencies.  Qualification- MBA HR  Exp- rience- 12-20 years with at least 5 years relevant exp- rience as Senior Management HR profile  CTC offered - 24-30 lacs
