Head/Manager - Contracts - Infrastructure Services Firm

Our Client is a Leading firm based in Infrastructure Services based in Noida.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities :

- Managing the compliance issues and matters specifically related to construction and toll industry

- Managing compliances with respect to labour laws, environment and social regulations, work-contract related compliances

- The incumbent will be required to interact with NHAI, Pollution Control Boards and other regulatory authorities etc.

- Getting RFPs for analyzing the business risks, vetting all communications with the departments from legal perspective

- He will be required to travel extensively to different toll sites managed by the Company.

- Responsible for compliances which includes vetting, assessing risk, reviewing, drafting, negotiation

The ideal candidate should preferably be a Law Graduate/Finance, having more than 8 years of working experience, should have excellent communication skills, in particular good command over written and oral Hindi and English language.
