- Responsible for Handling the construction department in executing strategic plan, by establishing priorities and determining resource allocation for efficient and effective delivery of all construction projects.
- Forecasting and planning, leadership, communication, good decision making, Interpersonal skills.
- Presenting new ideas, negotiation and Project management skills - risk management, scheduling, budgeting, planning, resource management, etc.
Experience required:
1) Construction management
2) Project Management
3) On Site Project Execution
Desired Skills and Expertise
Communicating with a range of people including the clients, subcontractors, suppliers, the public and the workforce.
Educational Qualification - BE Civil Engineering (IIT preferred)/MBA or any other qualification equivalent to Construction Management will be an added advantage
Work Experience (Min & Max in years) - 5-15 years.
