Head - Management Assurance - CA - FMCG (13-18 yrs)
The Client :
A leading FMCG distribution company in GCC with revenues moving towards $ 1 BN and part of a large conglomerate HQ in Oman.
The Opportunity :
If you are a Chartered Accountant with about 12 to 15 years of experience in audits / management assurance with over the last 5 years in a leadership role and looking for a role in corporate governance / management assurance, this one is for you.
We are looking for strong business orientation in FMCG with a combination of experience working in consulting / assurance roles in Big 4 and a functional audit role in a leading FMCG company.
Hence, if you consider yourself as a FMCG expert from a audit / assurance point of view and your CV has a mix of consulting + functional business role, reach out to us !
The role is a part of corporate governance and needs working directly with the top management to ensure compliance of the ground realities are in line with the strategic and operational plans and course correct.
Key deliverables include Audit Management, Risk Management, Process Compliance Management with regards to critical functions like Supply Chain, Working Capital Mgmt, Brand Mgmt etc, Due diligence and business case and compliance for expansion like acquisitions (both pre and post) . Hence, if you consider yourself as a guardian of process and compliance with ability to value add in the key functions, we would love to hear from you.
Managing a team of auditors to meet the business objectives is a critical part under people management.
Working knowledge of computer-assisted audit techniques and data analytics will be a big plus !
