Our Client is an Indian based, manufactures A. C. Generators /Motors for prime movers, such as steam turbines, gas turbines, hydro turbines, diesel engines, gas engines, wind turbines, They focus on manufacturing custom-designed generators for their customers who are based across the world. They also manufacture special application generators, generators for Geo Thermal and Solar thermal applications.

Industry: Reputed name in the industrial Engineering.

Job Expectations:

- Will be responsible for output of the machine shop which includes product quality, on time delivery.

- Will also be responsible for process and tool planning activities.

- Shall be handling of 20 workmen (in a unionized environment) and 5 supporting staff.

Skills & personal attributes:

Essential:

- Should be a team player having excellent Man Management skills.

- Should be a go getter and a self starter.

- Should be good listener and a leader.

Experience:

- 10 years-12 years of experience in modern machine shop.

- Hands on experience of handling state-of-art CNC Turning centre, CNC Horizontal and vertical matching centres.

Additional Qualification: Post graduate course in CNC programming / Tooling

Qualification: BE - Mechanical /industrial engineering
