Head - Fund Raising - eCommerce (5-16 yrs)
Experience : 5-8 years experience preferably in an investment banking or management consulting environment
Qualification : Post-Graduation in Business Management with specialization in Finance or an equivalent qualification from premier institute only Or CA, CFA
Responsibility :
- Consolidating market intelligence for identifying potential M&A targets/partners and prospective buyers
- Create sustainable and ethical fund raising strategies to meet organisation's budgets
- Conducting valuation studies, financial modelling, forecasting, sector/industry analysis/research
- Preparing due diligence reports, pitch reports, buy-sell documentation
- Familiarity with regulatory provisions
- Ability to deal with senior management & external stakeholders
