Positions: VP

Location : Mumbai

Profile requirement: 7-15 years of exposure to Investment Banking / Corporate Finance Advisory/M&A deals in pharma, healthcare care sector with in-depth understanding of Commercial & financing aspects. Exposure to Project Finance may be an added advantage

Relationship with Pharma focused Private Equity Funds, Pension & Sovereign Funds, Multi lateral funding agencies / Financial Institutions.

Role : Leading sourcing and execution of M&A deals in the Pharma & Healthcare care sector

Responsibilities :

- In depth understanding / Research covering consumer sectors from commercial & financing point of view.

- Actively leading/participating in sourcing Investment Banking deals

- Commercial and Financial Due-diligence of Equity deals

- Investment appraisal including Financial analysis & Financial modeling

- Preparation of Marketing documents for deal execution and leading Due Diligence process

- Actively engaging with Private Equity Funds, Strategic Investors & Structured Finance Funds for closing deals
