Job Location : Navi Mumbai  Position Summary:  - Direct the team focused on loyalty and coupon programs, setting strategy and ensuring key performance targets are met, while also ensuring benefits from actionable customer insights from effective customer analytics of loyalty and couponing services  - The purpose of the role is to increase the footfall at the merchant location and at the same time, encourage the customer usage of products through an effective design and implementation of loyalty, rewards and coupons  Role Description:  - Analyze customer base and identify revenue generating opportunities by expanding the customer base and increasing the customer usage  - Recommend new strategies and database marketing programs to drive enhanced revenue from existing customer base  - Oversee day-to-day implementation and analysis of the Rewards program  - Create customer segments for deployment of Rewards Coupons   - Build rewards coupons for deployment to segments   - Develop and monitor success at program, customer segment, and campaign level  - Analyze third party data sources and recommend strategies to improve overall acquisition, retention, and conversion activities   - Monitor the competitive landscape, testing new approaches and adopting best-practice strategies  - Ensure the smooth and seamless execution of the new programs launched in the area of customer loyalty and rewards  - Manage the overall program of implementing and enhancing customer analytics services for all products including payments   Minimum qualifications  Education: MBA or equivalent from a top tier institute  Experience: 10-15 years of experience in similar domain  eCommerce, travel, or consumer/retail experience a plus  Supervisory responsibilities  - This position has 4 managers reporting (which includes Loyalty Platform Product Managers and Customer Insight Analytics Analysts)
