Job Description : Head - Logistics / SCM  - The Travel, Transportation & Logistics business group is looking for highly analytical and articulate industry experts in Logistics & SCM industries.   - As part of the Vertical Solutions Team you will work on identifying/designing solutions, building competency, driving vertical sales and delivery.   - Collaborate with Sales to address opportunities, with competencies to develop solutions & PoCs, with Marketing for developing collateral and support marketing programs.   - A key requirement is to demonstrate thought leadership through whitepapers, speaking at conferences and influencing Analysts.   - You may also be required to lead short term consulting engagements like process improvement studies, product fitment analysis etc.   Candidates are expected to have the following qualifications and skills:   - 10-15 years of experience in Logistics & SCM domain and global experience working with leading LSPs/3PLs   - Consulting experience and/or experience in packages like OTM, i2/Manugistics/JDA, RedPrairie, Manhattan Associates, SAP, Oracle etc.   - MBA and/or domain certification like CSCMP, APICS etc   - Strong Analytical skills with the ability to ask right questions, analyze data, make appropriate assumptions etc   - Excellent communication skills, flair for writing and speaking   Connect with me on Linked in: in.linkedin.com/in/samirhuda/
