Head - Logistics/CRM & SCM- eCommerce (8-12 yrs)
- Work closely with CEO on pursuing various eCommerce channels to drive website traffic
- Build and manage relationships with eCommerce and development vendors to drive the vision and maximize ROI
- Ensure an outstanding customer journey and ongoing customer retention
- Drive web analytics strategy
- Partner with Social Media managers, editors, designers, developers, and other staff to ensure alignment with the brand strategy platform
- Provide leadership and set goals to meet deadlines
- Analyze campaign success, including the development and implementation of online advertising and promotional strategies
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly campaign metrics and reporting
- Must manage Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Care, Inventory management
- Undertake actions to streamline Order to Delivery process & Post Delivery Process & Returns
What you Need:
- 7+ years of experience working in an e-commerce / Web environment
- Experience in the digital media and/or social media space
- Proven track record of driving company revenue and growth
- Experience in e-commerce and website SEO optimization
