Client Details :

Our client is a leading consumer durables firm with a significant presence across the world. They are always the forefront to developing new and innovative products for their consumers. They have been present in India for more than a decade now, and have been able to capture a significant market share during this time. Currently, they are looking at strengthening their presence in the country, and are hence looking to recruit a Head of Logistics (based out of their corporate office in Delhi NCR).

Description :

Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, you will be responsible for managing the Logistics Function for the organization end to end (including transportation, distribution, imports/exports, warehousing, and network optimization). Additionally, you will be involved in developing and implementing various process improvement projects for the organization across the Supply Chain. You will have a large team reporting into you, and you will be responsible for their growth and development.

Profile "

You will be a MBA (2004, 2005, 2006) graduate with a thorough experience in Logistics and Distribution. Prior experience of working in one or more of the following industries is a must - Consumer Durables/Electronics, Paints, Cement, Construction, Building Materials. The client is looking for someone with excellent communication/interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaising extensively with senior stakeholders.
