Position Head - Loan Against Securities   Reportees : Heading a team  Location : Mumbai / Delhi   Key Deliverable :  - The person will be responsible for growing the Loan Against Securities (LAS) business by acquiring, onboarding and servicing (relationship management) HNI clients.   - While growing the LAS business the focus will be towards Margin Funding and IPO Funding (not on promoter funding)   Key Competencies :  - Person should have following expertise in order to perform this role  - Experience in LAS for margin funding and IPO funding  - Core expertise in Equity Trading business  - Exceptional selling, communication, and convincing skills  - Strong presentation, negotiation and commercial skills  - Self driven, result-oriented, strong will to excel  - Ability to drive profitable revenue growth  - Ability to scan the business and its environment and apply to the area of delivery  - Innovative mindset, out of box thinking  - Be willing to seize initiatives and opportunities  - Ability to analyse and conceptualise  - Organised, self - starter & passionate  Qualification and Experience :  Educational Qualification : Graduation in any Discipline is Must  Candidates having MBA will be preferred   Minimum work experience : 10 - 15 years  Preferred industry : Organisations that offer Loan Against Securities
