Hiring for Head Liasoning - Leading Real Estate/Developers - Pune Location
- To coordinate between Design Architect, Municipal Architects & In house Architects for the smooth functioning of the work
- To meet higher authorities in PMC (Pune Municipal corporation), PCMC (Pune Chindhwad Municipal Corporation, Collector, City Survey office etc. for obtaining required approvals
- To ensure all the required approvals are obtained in time limit so that construction work/sales work doesn- t affect.
Job Specifications :
Qualification : B.Arch./B.E Civil with 6 to 15 years of experience from Real Estate Industry with Knowledge of statutory rules and regulations. Preferably with Pune Market exposure
CTC : 15 Lkhs to 22 Lkhs
