Head - Legal Recovery - Loss & Write Off Accounts - NBFC (9-15 yrs)

This position is responsible for:

Recovery in loss and written off accounts in allocated pool as per pre-set targets;

Assist Head - Group Litigation to formulate Recovery Strategies and Tactics for assigned pool

Monitor and review performance of Zonal Managers - Write Off Recovery, State / Divisional Managers - Write Off Recovery;

Oversee manning requirements for Legal Recovery Team

Engage in discussions with service providers such as advocates, collection and repossession agencies, etc.

Authorize recoveries from customers upto a pre-defined cap based on matrix

Educational Qualifications :

- Basic Graduation (preferably B. Com.) plus LL. B

Experience :

- Experience of leading a team

- Agency management

- Recovery related laws and litigations

- Experience in in Loss and Write Off Recovery through legal actions
