Head - Legal - Real Estate

15 - 20 years of post LLB legal exp out of which 8 -10 yrs of Land / Property Litigation exp is must. Should have stable career with contributions at each of the places.

Expertise in the Legal Framework of the country with special emphasis on Property Laws, Revenue matters, Labour Laws, Company Law, M&A and other Real Estate related Laws.

Expertise in Land (both urban & rural) and Property Acquisition and related documentation.

The role would cover the following broad areas :

1. Function management & policy development

2. Litigations

3. Legal risk

4. Regulatory Compliance

The candidate should have experience in working in the Real Estate domain for a minimum of 8 years
