We have urgent hiring for Legal Manager in Odisha Location.   Jon Responsibility :   - To provide pro-active legal support and advice to the business units and key stakeholders across the offices in India and to assist them with achieving their core strategic objectives while appropriately managing and mitigating the associated legal risks   - Drafting and vetting agreements, contracts, MOUs for complex business transactions   - Negotiations with external parties for finalization of contracts   - Strategist, preparing defenses and briefing counsels in areas of law including Mining Matters, Electricity Matters, Writ Petitions, Arbitration matters, Trademarks and Labour laws   - Drafting and vetting SLPs, writ petitions, written statements, appeals, plaints, replications, counter-affidavits, defenses and legal notices etc   - Interacting with cross functional teams and external agencies/associations   - Advising on plethora of legal issues for all internal & external customer facing processes   - To assist in litigation and work closely with colleagues, Advocates & advisors in working out the best possible legal solution for the organization   - To regularly maintain and update Legal MIS and ensure maintenance of updated case records   Required Professional skills/Competencies :   - Responsible and Accountable for the work assigned   - Responsiveness - Sensitive to deadlines and ability to work under constant pressure   - Ability to work confidently and persuasively   - Excellent drafting skills   - Ability to multi-task and juggle demanding projects at the same time   - Strong commercial and pragmatic approach   - Strong analytical, logical and negotiations skills   - Strong interpersonal/communication skills   - Good written and verbal communication skills   - Attention to detail   Tejaswini Singh  0120-4325957 One 2 One Hr Solution
