Head - Legal - LLB - BFSI/FMCG/Retail/Telecom

The role is responsible to lead the Legal function for the entire organization and act as a key advisor for the Leadership team.

Role profile

1. Represent the Organization on all Legal aspects

2. Own the overall functioning of the Legal function including Contracts, Litigation, Compliances and Commercial

3. Manage legal governance and risk mitigation

4. Act as a Legal advisor to the leadership team

5. Create professional liasions and connects with the Legal fraternity and other governing bodies within the industry

6. Responsible for keeping the Legal infrastructure in line with the latest trends, governance and policies

7. Manage HR compliances and other Contracts

Desired Profile:

Education - LLB

- 15-22 years of overall experience of which at least 7-8 years leading Legal function for a large Corporate.

- Strong influencer - and strategic thinker

- Able senior stakeholder management skills
