The present requirement is with a very reputed client having its head offices in Mumbai & Sales Operation in US, UK, EUROPE, Middle East.

This is immediate requirement

Position : Head Legal

Responsibilities :

- Management of complete legal process of the IT Services Business

- Will cover end to end management NDA, SLAs, MSAs, Teaming Agreements, Data Testing Agreements, SOWs, Schedules, Addendums, Change Orders, Purchase Orders, Vendor contracts.

Required :

- 7 to 13 years of relevant experience in Legal process management with domestic and International clients (US/UK preferred)

- Should have been in a similar role for at least 2-3 years preferably in IT / ITES set p

- Coordination Skills with stakeholders within the organization in order to see closure or execute a contract from start till end.

- Good written and oral communication skills for negotiations and explaining legal terms in the contract.

- Experience in managing trademarks & copyrights related topics in a contract.
