Job Profile:

Legal

Non Litigation:

Drafting, vetting of Contracts / POAs / MOUs/ Agreements / NDA / lease Agreements, notices etc .

Review, opine and suggest on legal and liability related aspects to various teams

Addressing consumer related queries

Review and standardization of sub-contracting agreement templates

IPR Management- Closely monitor and safeguard interest of the company by taking proactive actions

Conversant with provisions of Information Technology Act

Coordinating/ liasoning with law enforcement authorities

Compliance under various acts as may be applicable to the group

Litigation:

Defending of various Suits, Appeals, drafting replies.

Experience in IPR Litigation

Litigation & Compliance Coordinating with Advocates, Solicitor, Attorney and Consultant. Mergers/Acquisition

Secretarial:

Ensuring all compliances under the Companies Act, 2013 and other corporate laws including FEMA, RBI etc. including coordination with relevant agencies.

Convening and conducting the Board Meetings, EGMs and AGMs, drafting of Agenda, Minutes and Resolutions.

Compliance with Shareholders Agreement

Requirements:

1. CS + LLB mandatory

2. Ideally from IT & IT enabled services

3. 10+ years of relevant work experience
