The Antal International Network (AIN) seeks a balanced, initiative-taking, process-driven legal professional for a rapidly expanding, financially secure and professionally-calibrating real estate organization for its primarily Mumbai focused operations.

The company has projects in the Western region, with a preponderance of activity in Mumbai- particularly West and South- in the premium and affordable residential segments.

The ideal candidate will be a law grad with atleast 12 years of work experience in Mumbai's housing market. S/he will have worked with a process-driven organization in a position of significance, will have learnt the secrets to building legally sound organizations and be able to successfully replicate this in a smaller, growing organization that seeks to quickly rival the biggest. The incumbent of this role, in consultation with its Managing Directors, will be offered full professional latitude to install SOPs and formulate departmental and organizational legal policy.

Among the responsibilities of this role, legal due diligence on new land/property acquisition takes precedence along with legal advisory to the Directors on decisions and tasks that span the organization's activity at project sites and offices. Daily responsibilities will include legal documentation (including: MOU's, buyer/seller and lease agreements, Development Agreements etc.) and considerable interface with internal stakeholders and external consultants on matters impertit.
