About our Client - Our client is one of the leading pharma multinationals globally. With operations in over 50 countries, they are currently expanding their base in India too. They have a turnover of 800 crores and are headquartered in Mumbai.

Job Description - Reporting to the CFO, your key responsibilities will include :

- Advising for compliance of policies and statutory laws

- Being a business partner and supporting compliance for business operations

- Creating policies and procedures for compliance framework

- Providing legal advice after risk analysis considering prevailing situation to ensure that legal issues are prevented

- Drafting agreements within a reasonable time span, keep track of contract approval sheet, expiry and renewals of agreements

The Successful Candidate :

- As a successful applicant, you should be a CA and LLB with 10 + years of experience.

- You should have necessarily worked in a pharma multinational, and you should have had exposure to both legal and compliance facets of the job profile.
