Position: Head - Legal & Compliance
Experience: 7+ years
Education: CS/LLB
Requirement: Following are the skills, knowledge and experience required
- Experience in Legal documentation pertaining to real estate sector
- Should be able to coordinate with ROC, Investee companies, SEBI, BMC and other regulatory bodies
- Should have good experience in Corporate level Documentation, Shareholders agreement, investment agreements etc
- Should have interacted with Multiple Law firms and should possess good knowledge on Litigation matters
- Should have good experience in handling legal negotiations, arbitrations and other sensibilities
