Company : A Reputed Company which is a UK based Company, solutions and services for utilities across power, water, gas and clean energy verticals

Position : Head Legal & CS

Location : Bangalore

Job Profile :

Contract Management :

- Provide legal advice to management on all commercial and corporate matters to minimize legal exposure (including but not limited to advice regarding acquisitions, mergers, entity formation, corporate governance, intellectual property, labor and employment, and other matters).

- Structure, draft, negotiate and sign off contracts with vendors, suppliers, customers, partners, and employees including, but not limited to MOU, Service Agreements, Lease agreements, agency contracts, NDAs, Engagement Letter, pre-bid agreements, dealership agreements, product supply & vendor agreements, software product development and service agreements etc.

- Vetting of title documents, loan agreements, shareholders agreements, Joint venture agreements, etc. All legal documentation and preparation of Templates, Automation and change management.

- Establish contracts with customers in US, UK, Middle East, Singapore, and other European countries.

- Litigation

- Secretarial matters & compliance
