Head - Legal - Auto - LLB/CS

Looking for A Head Legal (AVP Legal) for a global automotive MNC organization based in Pune

- The individual will lead the legal function and activities of the group, ensuring development and implementation of a second legal strategy capable of supporting business growth and meeting long term business objective

- He/she would oversee the country legal function by protecting the country organization's legal interest
and maintaining its operations within the scope established by law.

- The individual will provide hands on counsel to all levels of executive staff and manage the operations of the legal department. He/she would need to provide hands-on counsel to all levels of executive staff.

- The individual would also be responsible for anticipating, identifying and analyzing legal issues and subsequently develop legal strategies and solution

Qualification must be LLB+ CS (Mandatory)
