Head - Legal & CS - Shipping/Cargo (10-22 yrs)
Legal Head position.
Mumbai location.
Company: Shipping/Cargo- logistics industry.
CTC: up to 1.50 cr.
Role:
- Legal advisory, risk management, statutory regulatory compliance, litigation, International law, M&A.
- LLB/ Masters in Law + CS preferred
- Exposure to European & International laws in a corporate set up is mandatory
- He/She could be from BFSI/ Mfg/ Logistics companies with global presence.
- With 12-22 years experience in a leading conglomerate with international legal exposure & experience in Mergers & Associations, is mandatory and please highlight the same.
- Scope - Litigation management, manage external lawyers, contract documents, review and negotiate terms, employee contracts, statutory compliance
Stable candidate with a successful track record of handling legal cases, risk, having worked with reputed conglomerates can share their CV, CTC - fix, variable, and notice period.
