Qualification : MBA (full time), preferably from a Tier 1 college

Job Description :

- Identify the current needs of people, roles and business. Create the framework which addresses these needs.

- Ensure on-time delivery while creating a world class learning experience.

- Measure effectiveness of the programs and improve them continuously

- Identify the critical positions based on current and future business needs.

- Work on succession planning and grooming of identified people.

- Bring in external perspective, thoughts and practices which ensure future talent pipeline is better equipped to handle unforeseen challenges

- Support the organic and inorganic growth plans of the Company by focusing on leadership development in various businesses, roles and levels

- Create best in class programs and practices which align with the Company's overall positioning as a thought leader in its space

Experience :

- 10-15 years of experience as a Learning professional with at least 8 years with Tier 1 organisation which are known for their Learning practices and processes

- Learning Specialist; few years of consulting experience
