KEY DELIVERABLES :
- To assist in implementation of all support functions for Learning deliverables in the offline & online centers.
- Co-ordinate at all levels to ensure proactive mobilization of the resources for efficient delivery of the programs.
- Be a efficient driver for development of continuous improvement initiatives for effective delivery and operations in centers
- Be responsible for Business development at the center level
- Class schedule Management
- Act as a single point co-coordinator for all programs
- Implementation and monitoring of academic guidelines
- Implementation of policies and guidelines with regard to the assessment of students and the performance of faculties in the centers.
- Ensure sincere quality checks with respect to infrastructure, study materials , trainings imparted , efficiency of the faculties at our centers for effective learning delivery.
- Co-ordinate and manage the assessment process
- Aligning the corporate operations guidelines across all the centers.
- Manage and co-ordinate at various levels for the technical integrations.
- Co-ordinate at all levels with the service providers and the franchisees for effective delivery
- Assist in resolving uplink issues if any (On Line /v-sat delivery)
- Maintain and report to the Management the Program delivery MIS.
- Manage the tangible logistics in the centers.
- Handling functional matters related to routine activities, scheduling of lectures, faculty requirements , supervising student feedback and handling critical matters.
- Interact with the Franchisees /faculties for delivery implementation and co-ordination
- Keep informed the franchisee of all the new initiatives within the product
- Maintain all the relevant documentation with regard to communications done.
- Monitor the relevant financial controls as required.
- Maintain and monitor the a student database.
- Handling students /Parents grievances and communicate same with the management.
- Conduct the counselors /franchisee training programs.
- Maintain training statistics
Marketing & Enrolment drive
- Managing Brand communication
- Target setting/allocation/achievement, budgeting/forecasting on quarterly basis for driving enrollments
- Plan and execute marketing activities to generate footfalls at the centers.
- Taking care of all promotional activities, conducting seminars, events at public places.
- Generating enquiries by way of conducting promotions in colleges, participating in various fairs or exhibition. Meeting with Directors & Principals for presentation.
- Database marketing by sourcing business data from various institutions like schools, colleges, coaching classes
- Study existing centers footfalls, average sales, customer feedback, franchisee feedback or satisfaction at center level
- Track competition and benchmark accordingly to existing and proposed business models
