- As part of this expansion they are looking to hire a seasoned professional to head learning, OD and talent development.
Job Description:
- Reporting into the Head HR, you will be responsible for Identifying the requirements of the talent pool and the business
- Creating appropriate frameworks and learning strategies to address these requirements
- Ensuring timely delivery of all learning programs
- Identifying the critical positions and subsequently developing strategies for succession planning
- Special focus on driving strategic OD interventions within the organization aligning them with the business objectives
- Developing and implementing change management strategies
- Providing expertise on various cultural change and talent development interventions
- Identifying opportunities to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of the organization
- Remaining up to date with market best OD and learning practices and successfully recommend what is best for the business
The Successful Candidate :
- As a successful applicant you should have MBA (HR) from a premier institute with at least 10 years experience in Learning and OD and currently in a leadership role
- Prior experience with global organizations known for OD and learning practices
- Strong specialized experience within organizational development is mandatory
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
