Description : Looking for a L&D, OD and Talent management head who will handle the L&D and OD function end to end and help in building network with large HR community, one who is organised, self starter and an inspirational leader.

Client Details :

Our client is a leading technology start up funded by Marqee investors and PE funds with market leading position in their business with strong growth trajectory. With objective of further accelerating their growth and increasing market share they are looking to hire a strategic L&D, OD and TM professional to drive best people practices for their business verticals.

Job Description :

Reporting into CHRO, you would be responsible for :

- Driving the L&D, OD and TM practices for the entire organisation while understanding the business requirements

- Closely partnering with the business to develop multiple differentiated capabilities for the organisation

- Work with the senior departmental leaders and business heads to understand the market trends and initiate multiple interventions within OD, L&D and TM space

- Ensure productive changes and reinforce behavioural change while creating a framework for an efficient training and development module

- Ability to simplify and communicate complex information across multiple stakeholders

- Support teams in restructuring, design and delivery of OD and TM programs, talent segmentation, assessing potential, High potential differentiation etc.

- Ensure implementation of policies with particular focus on Career Management and Succession Planning.

Profile :

The Successful Applicant :

As a successful candidate you should have :

- Hands on experience in the L&D, Organisation Development and Talent Management domains of Human Resources

- You should have 8-10 years of specialised experience in L&D, OD and TM role from Consulting/Technology/FMCG/FMCD industry

- MBA (Full time) in HR is a must from the Top Tier B-schools, MDI, IMT, XLRI, SCHMRD, MHROD, TISS or Masters degree in OD or Psychology is highly preferred

- Should have a strong blend of L&D, OD and TM and business partnering with a global MNC

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
