Job Holder is responsible for driving the overall Learning Strategy articulated for the Learning Function at large
OD :
Develop and sustain organizational development, effectiveness and change management solutions / interventions to support organizational vision and business requirements
Provide strategic direction and management of assessment, conceptualization, design and roll-out of various short-term and long-term OD interventions around structure, processes and HR / talent management practices to gain a competitive advantage
- Leverage data from tools like performance reviews, employee surveys and business and HR metrics to develop insightful solutions
- Utilize effective change management tools / techniques to embed and sustain acceptance, adoption
Leadership Development :
Strategize and Lead the Diagnosis, Design, Development and Implementation of end-to-end solutions for Leadership Development initiatives with a focus on improving performance and developing the capabilities required to support long-term growth plans.
Talent Management, Succession Planning, Talent Mapping & Review
Competency Development : Competency Architecture Design, Role based Competency Mapping, Competency based L&D architecture design, Individual Competency Development Planning OD Interventions - Performance Consulting, Process change education, Succession Planning Learning & Development - L&D Strategy, Learning Architecture design, Course & Content design, Program Management, L&D Branding, Training Delivery, Policy Design, CMMi Audit Management L&D Technology - LMS Implementation management, Specialized Learning Portal Design.
