Job Description of Head - Learning & Development (Operations)
1. Responsible for Quality, Training and Knowledge Management Functions.
2. Design and implement the quality management framework w.r.t
i. Process of auditing customer interactions.
ii.Process audit to identify business continuity risks
iii. Coaching and feedback for failures reported in audits.
3. Quality reporting of quality analysis measurement and trends.
4. Working with business leaders and managers to identify training needs and trends within business.
5. Designing a solution which includes blended approach to learning such as coaching, classroom training, 1-2-1 sessions, action learning and e-learning.
6. Train the trainers and define and track the process and metrics related to induction training, refresher and intervention based training.
7. Carry out tests and other certifying mechanisms to periodically monitor and upgrade the skill and knowledge levels of the people in support and operations.
8. Continuously innovate to ensure that people interacting with Practo users have the highest degree of knowledge on Practo's products.
9. Ensure that KBs and all instructional material are designed and prepared as per training standards.
10.Partnering with cross functional teams for providing sign-off for the product release check list.
11.To create an optimum and robust team for the Quality and Knowledge management functions - so that work progresses smoothly and without hiccups at all times
12.Exhibit exemplary leadership in thought, work ethics, ownership and alignment to Practo goals
13.To clearly define roles for each member of the L & D team, and carry out appraisals in a manner prescribed by HR
14.To ensure a culture of integrity, professional work ethics and a healthy competitive spirit across the team, at all times
15.To ensure that every individual & every action in the User Experience team is aligned to the vision, mission & goals of the company.
