Responsible for learning & development interventions for capability building, career progression and succession planning.  2. Leading the setup & operationalization of Advisory Services in:  - Organizational Design & Organizational Development  - Sales competencies  - Leading standardization of Consulting Practices in:  A. Job Analysis & Establishing Competency Framework  B. Application of Predictive Analytics  C. Conducting Talent Audits & Talent Vacuum Identification  D. Hi-Pot Management and Career Management  E. Workforce Reengineering  F. Leadership Identification & Succession Planning  3. Responsible for conceptualizing & setting-up Development Centers  4. Responsible for formulating and implementing the training budget.  5. Collaboratively worked with different levels of management to determine core competencies required for key positions in the organization. Identify specific resources to ensure acquisition and maintenance of these competencies.  6. Developing and implementing programs to align the workforce and key business initiatives with organization's goals with the use of effective training interventions.  7. Pivotal role in managing training functions including identifying training needs, designing training modules/programs, implementing training programs/workshops, budgeting & costing, and evaluation of training programs, feedback record and analysis.  8. Conducting a wide range of Tailor made Interactive Learning Programs (Selling Skills, Creativity Workshop, Leadership, Coaching and Counseling, Stress Mgmt., Time Mgmt., Performance Appraisal, Communication & Presentation Skills, Negotiations, Marketing & Sales Mgmt., Change Mgmt., Customer Behavior, Relationship Mgmt., etc.)  9. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders; manage their expectations; negotiate with and influence them to overcome any issues that arise within specific learning initiatives/business scenario.
