They are one of the leaders in their space. They are looking for a Learning & Development Manager to design and implement the firm's global training programs.   - The Manager will be based in Gurgaon and will report to the Global Head of Human Resources and Recruiting.   - The appointee will lead excellence in the Learning & Development process for the organisation and will be responsible for setting up the Learning & Development framework.   - This will entail partnering with function heads and HODs to identify the requirements, map the relevant learning methods and develop professionals across levels.  Description :  Reporting into the Asia HR Head, the manager will be dedicated to building out the L&D program at the firm, with assistance from other members of the Human Resources Global Team.   Your other responsibilities will include :   - Launching the firm's learning and development initiative by assessing and aggregating training needs across the firm, develop training curriculum accordingly  - Partnering with the firm's management to design and implement training programs for new hires as well as existing employees  - Identifying both internal and external resources to lead high quality programs, materials, and other activities  - Recommending the best training solutions for each type of training - in-person, e-learning, etc.  - Acting as a lead instructional designer to tailor training to make them firm-specific  - Evaluating L&D software that will leverage external and internal offerings across the firm and track classes  - Working with the Human Resources and Recruiting team to design on-boarding and career development programs  - Analysing feedback in order to measure program success; recommend improvements where needed  Profile :  You will come with 10-15 years of experience in Learning & Development with a full time MBA from a top tier business school (TISS/XLRI/SCMHRD). If you have led the Learning & development function with a mid-size financial services or technology firm, this will be an added advantage.
