Head Learning and Development
MBA HR 12- 20 yrs experience
Mumbai based:
- Role is primarily to provide leadership to the learning and development function on end to end basis and also as owner and custodian of the L&D function in areas like TNA, designing training calender, Formulating the L&D budget, imparting functional & behavioral training across all locations in tune with business requirements and evaluating the same for better delivery and results for 30,000 + employees on national levels.

Prefer HR profiles with exposure only from Services /Customer centric and Sales driven organizations like BFS and hospitality sectors.
