Job Responsibilities:
- Candidate would be responsible for Leadership Hiring for entire Organisation and group.
- Ensuring Availability of Talent as per manpower plans of the different departments
- Optimizing sourcing by identifying and developing alternative strategies for sourcing manpower in efficient and effective manner; using head hunting, employee referral program, internal job positing, jobsites, recruitment drives and campus recruitment program so as to reduce cost and dependence on vendors.
- Internal Talent management through Aspire the in house hiring channel
- Leading Repatriation and Global Deployments for all Employees on medium term and long term projects abroad.
- Human resource planning & complete recruitment life cycle across geographies. Key focus on hiring metrics like TAT, Source Utilization, Requisition Vs Hired, Cost of Hire & Quality of Hire
