Roles: EDT - Digital Business Process Automation (Head/Lead/Architect)

Responsibility: Responsible for transforming, leading, and enhancing the automation maturity for the customer across multiple verticals.

- Measure, understand, and identify success criteria in automation maturity across the organization in areas ranging from adhoc automation needs through to full automated decision support implementations.

- Identify automation opportunities through problem management, operational input, and business intelligence analytics

- Provide thought leadership in the best process, tools, and people required to implement a framework to provide consistent automation across multiple business units that embraces a combination of centralized and decentralized command and control

- Improve automation tooling and process capabilities including:

- Developing adhoc automation

- Developing automation framework to allow decentralized development

- Better integration with other tools

- Increased business analytics

- Align the digital transformation offering around process automation.

- Work across existing infrastructures and tools to leverage existing solutions integrated with new digital frameworks and solutions

- Report on the effectiveness of the automation tools and solutions.

- Identify knowledge gaps and new trends within the automation applications and process

- Strong problem management, development management skills, and development skills

- Drive tool and process choices drawing on expertise in digital technology stack, big data analytics, business intelligence, automation frameworks, and database environments with focus on operational and support related solutions

Experience:

- 7-16 years experience with automation frameworks and/or automation solutions.

- Experience in leading and facilitating client workshops, interviews, etc. with multiple levels of an organization in a distributed environment (participants in multiple locations, multiple countries)

A broad, enterprise-wide view of the business and an understanding for linkages and impact of strategy, process capabilities, enabling technologies, and governance on business performance

- Understanding of business process management principles (such as process metrics and business outcome metrics, process governance, etc.)

- Understanding of process design and assessment methods (such as lean, QRM, business process re-engineering)
