Position: Head/ Lead - Digital Business Process Automation
Role:
- Responsible for transforming, leading, and enhancing the automation maturity for the customer across mulitple verticals
- Identify automation opportunities through problem management, operational input, and business intelligence analytics
- Provide thought leadership in the best process, tools, and people required to implement a framework to provide consistent automation across multiple business units that embraces a combination of centralized and decentralized command and control
- Improve automation tooling and process capabilities
- Align the digital transformation offering around process automation
- Identify knowledge gaps and new trends within the automation applications and process
Requirements:
- 10-20 years experience with automation frameworks and/or automation solutions.
- A broad, enterprise-wide view of the business and an understanding for linkages and impact of strategy, process capabilities, enabling technologies, and governance on business performance
- Understanding of business process management principles (such as process metrics and business outcome metrics, process governance, etc.)
- Understanding of process design and assessment methods (such as lean, QRM, business process re-engineering)
- Experience in leading and facilitating client workshops, interviews, etc. with multiple levels of an organization in a distributed environment (participants in multiple locations, multiple countries)
- Strong problem management, development management skills, and development skills
