Job Description: Head – L&D

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 15 – 20 years

Package: 50 – 70 Lacs

Preferred Industry: IT / Telecom

- Responsible for the design and implementation of a learning and development strategy in line with the business strategy to addresses the short-term and long term needs of the organization.

- Experience in imparting learning and development programs to senior level employees

- Work closely with the different operations management teams across to understand the skills development needs and come up with solutions to address these requirements

- Coordinate and work closely with external vendors and subject matter experts in developing solutions which target the gaps identified

- Focused approach on developing, implementing training curriculum across the organization

- Implement the learning program and also identify its impact, ROI and also assess possible areas of improvement
