CTC: 36,00,000LPA to 40,00,000 LP A

To oversee and lead Labour Laws and Statutory Compliance Process for the Company and its Subsidiaries in India Region. Provide support and guidance to BU's/BU-HR on all aspects of employee discipline, and employee related Legal matters. Develop and implement a Company-wide corporate compliance program; act as advisor to BUs on compliance related matters, liaise with government/statutory agencies for all references received from them.

Develop, implement and update the Company’s policies and proceduresrelated to Labour Laws and statutory compliance; Design and deliver appropriate training programs relating to these policies, as well as training relatedto other applicable laws and regulations both for employees and key stake holders across BU's.

Ensure Labour Law and statutory compliance and submit periodic report to the Board/Audit Committee. Conduct awareness session among BU Partners on labour law compliance. Liaise with the Company’s internal/external audit team to undertake risk assessment and to conduct compliance audits to verifywhether the various laws, rules and regulations applicable to the Company, aswell as Company policies and procedures are being complied with. Additionallywork with various business units and shared service units to implement

Work with senior management and the Company’s corporate communicationsgroup to issue periodic communications related to compliance mattersthroughout the organization; Act as advisor to the Company’s business units and support the various initiatives taken by them and offer guidance where required. Work closely with various Company Counsels and obtain their opinions/advice on various matters impacting the Company referred by BU"
