Hiring Head - Knowledge Management for a leading client based in Middle East.
Job Profile:
- Responsible for all matters related to Knowledge Management(KM), define & deliver implementation and operation, sustainable & value adding KM framework as required to successfully transform the bank into a learning organization.
Accountabilities:
1. Develop, together with the leadership of the organization:
2. Roll out and embed, within the businesses, the approved KM Framework which is fully aligned with business strategy and deliver measurable business impact.
3. Champion the application of the Framework.
4. Monitor the application of the KM Framework, and explore ways to improve its effectiveness.
5. Manage the cultural change needed to support the Framework.
6. Motivate staff to embrace a culture of knowledge sharing.
7. Ensure the organizational approach to, and application of, KM is fully aligned with the dynamic business strategy/ environment.
8. Line-manage the KM team.
9. Represent the company externally on KM.
Desired Profile:
- Masters with 15+ years experience with atleast 10-15 yrs relevant experience in KM initiatives of a large organisaiton including its creation, dissemination, or application.
- Familarity with knowledge-oriented organisations and KM practices.
