Managing, strategic planning, sourcing & Procurement for Knits for all brands of Raised On Denim Group.  - Expertise in procuring all kind of knits - Circular, Flat knits for Men- s, Women's categories - Negotiation, synergizing inputs for the economy of scale buying   - Managing team of multiple Brand level Knits heads to deliver the overall knits range procurement & desired company's results.  - In process of Knits sourcing Man Management Coordination with Internal & external customers at all levels team. (Design, Merchandising, Finance, Quality, Business sales and marketing and suppliers)   - Develop new supplier base Manage, Maintaining & Improving the existing supplier base output.   - Getting the work output as Set process and develop new process adopt new practices by anticipating new challenges.  - Set up systems for evaluation of vendor performance  - Ensure timely delivery of products with the required quality, and budgeted cost   - Identifying & Bifurcate current supply partners in mainly 3 parts. Strategic, Preferred OR Trail  - Identifying market trends for proactive sourcing, through research and survey of competitors  - Partnering with design & product development team to understand product requirements, specification & range planning  Current Job Responsibilities :  - Sourcing of garment in different categories which incl. Circular knit, Flat Knit, Winter Jacket & Leather Jacket  - Handling more than multiple SKU / season  - Preparing Time & Action calendar (TNA) and Monitoring Bulk-production of Fabrics & Garments with all vendors.  - Final Price Negotiation  - Timely payment of Suppliers and account reconciliation at season end.  - Order Consolidation and Distribution (Quantity Allocation) as per capacity of suppliers.  - Evaluation of supplier performance based on quality, cost, timely delivery, innovation.  - Develop & introduce new innovative products to capture the market.
