About our Client - Our client is one of the leading apparel retail companies in the world with an impressive range of products. They are widely regarded as pioneers in the space, and have been growing exponentially in the India market over the last few years. They are currently looking to recruit a Head Key Accounts, based out of their corporate office in Delhi NCR.

Job Description:

- Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key accounts to drive business volumes/results, while ensuring the ideal representation of the brand across all points of sales. At the same time, you will be required to crack into new accounts and agree on terms of trade with them.

- You will be managing a team of around 5-6 people, and will be responsible for their growth and development within the organization.

The Successful Candidate:

- You will be a post graduate with around 10 years of experience in sales/key accounts roles in the Retail Industry. You should have the experience of managing key relationships and stakeholders (internal and external).

- The client is looking for someone with excellent communication/interpersonal skills, and a hands on approach towards his/her work.
