Head - Key Accounts - Real Estate - South (5-15 yrs)
Key Accounts Head - South -
Role:
- Responsible for forming long term business relationships with top national developer accounts for the South Region, across BLR, Chennai, Hyderabad and more
- Candidate should be ready and able to close long-term, high value contracts (ranging from sub-10L up to 10+ Cr) across their account base
- Supported by a small team of Key Account Managers / Relationship Managers, the KAH-S must lead the team by example and manage them to achieve excellence in:
- Using a consultative sales approach to deeply understand client needs and provide relevant and effective solutions
- Selecting from available solutions within the Housing product portfolio and extracting appropriate value for services rendered
- Building relationships at various levels within the client organizations, providing detailed inputs internally towards future product development for key accounts
- KRAs include but are not limited to:
- Revenue generation according to targets
- Achievement of strategic objectives - vary from time to time,but generally relating to establishing Housing as the client's preferred sales and marketing partner
- Coverage - frequent contact with appropriate stakeholders in each account
- Relationship quality and depth - establishing frequent and meaningful at the promoter/MD/CXO level and with other key stakeholders in each client organization
- Effective management of direct reports
Experience:
- Should have existing business relationships within the top developer community in the region and be able to speak the language of real estate
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed demanding revenue targets and strategic objectives
- Qualification: top B schools
