Key Accountabilities:
1. Develop a strong transformation plan and establish transformation procedures with support from the ITO partner
2. Program manage the overall transformation of Applications Outsourcing and Infrastructure Outsourcing services by the ITO partner(s)
3. During the transformation phase, interact continuously with Head, Outsourcing service management to ensure transition to steady state operations at the earliest
4. Work closely with Head, Systems Integration, SPMO and Group CIO to manage interdependences between ITO and SI and ITO and other BPT initiatives
5. Identify Central IT initiatives with support from Applications and Infrastructure governance heads
6. Develop guidelines to developing an IT strategy and assist the BU CIOs in translating the BU actions into IT initiatives
7. Identify synergies across group IT initiatives with assistance from Infra and Apps governance heads and highlight them to the CIO council
8. Coordinate assessment of the group IT portfolio in close coordination with the apps and infra governance heads and the BU CIOs
9. Develop the group IT strategy and roadmap in line with group strategy and consolidate the BU IT strategies to develop a group IT master plan
10. Develop and maintain a group enterprise architecture and ensure alignment of new programs / projects
11. Establish and periodically refresh the project prioritization framework to align IT projects with Group IT strategy and to meet business objectives
12. Program manage major Group wide IT programs/ projects
13. Manage IT demand for corporate IT services
14. Develop and manage group IT budget (i.e. central and consolidated BU IT budgets) in close coordination with the BU CIOs
15. Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics for Group IT to be tracked and reported on a regular basis
16. Develop and enforce financial, process, technology and license compliance across the group

Educational Qualification:
Required: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science
Preferred: Master’s Degree / MBA in Information Systems
Relevant Experience:
- 20+ years in an IT leadership position that involved managing a large IT portfolio including develop of strategy and program management large scale transformation programs
- Experience of managing IT transformations in an SAP environment
- IT leadership experience in strategic IT outsourcing operating model
